The 8th Eurooo commercial partners meeting of 2018


Guanxi, relation. This is a keyword when we are talking about business in china. Here at CASAITALIANA we perfectly know the importance of building a strong relation not only with our customers but also with our potential partners. This was the main topic today,  Thursday 25th October,  at the 8th Eurooo commercial partners meeting, held in our Milan headquarter.
For a e-commerce platform is becoming more and more important to expand its portfolio of brands and partners.  At the same time for a high-end furniture producer is pretty important to care about the current dynamics of Chinese market and global market in general.  This is the key of the relation between Casaitaliana and its partners: the mutual necessity.
Mr. Maraucci welcomed our guests with a short introduction of the company and explaining the difference between the two platforms we use.

Casaitaliana is entirely tailored to Chinese market, and it’s for customers who exactly know what they want. After the product is ordered, with the help of our branches in China, we are able to deliver the good in nearly 20 days, providing all the necessary support.
Same concept but different target, we are talking about Eurooo, the other platform we use for e-commerce.  Eurooo is actually addressed to international customers and is now available in 12 languages.
In our platforms customers will find more than 4000 brands and over 80000 products.
The meeting went on with the explanation of all the benefits for Casaitaliana’s partners.

The first advantage they get its our know-how in import/export.  The supplier ships the product to our warehouse, but after that we offer a full service: transportation, customs documents and assembly.
Moreover the growing lack of cash and brick and mortar shops in China force a furniture company to explore the e-commerce world.  Casaitaliana is a really simple and intuitive way for customers to check for luxury furniture and eventually to buy them.  Our company places its links at the top of the search in internet.   What does it mean?  Free advertising for our partners and chance to reach a wider market.  Our website counts more than 1500 clicks everyday which means that more than 1500 potential customers everyday “visits your online showroom” .  More advertising, more clients, more orders.
The presentation of our company and its website ended with two impressive data: more than 16 milions of turnover last year and nearly 71% of revenues from online sales!

The last part of the meeting was dedicated to a Q&A session during which our associate Alberto Erba and Manager Ye Xin carefully replied to the questions both technical and practical of our guests.
What makes convenient the collaboration between Casaitaliana and his partner is that ours and our collaborators success are strictly linked.
It was a great meeting today and once again we hope this was only the first brick of a long standing collaboration.
