Brown leather sofa
This is the first item you need to consider for your living room. In general, it’s basically impossible to go wrong with a classic, timeless brown leather sofa, especially if the leather has been treated to look a bit vintage and distressed. True, the main character Dev’s sofa is a two-seater, so it’s quite far from being a massive corner sofa like this one, but in truth, why shouldn’t we get a bigger sofa if our living room is more spacious than his?
Lounge chair
Next to the sofa, we find a wonderful lounge chair, and it’s upholstered in leather as well! We may think it kind of boring, but it all depends on the color of the leather and on the actual design of the chair. If you choose to go with brown leather again, make sure you choose a different shade than the sofa’s: this way, you’ll create depth and texture. But most importantly, make sure you choose a striking design that clearly makes your lounge chair stand out!
Armchair
Dev Shah’s living room is characterized by a lively layering of the various seating solutions, and this is something we should all be inspired by! For your armchair, choose a bold color and a fabric upholstery, and don’t try too hard to find a piece that harmonizes perfectly with everything else: mix and match!

Dev’s apartment may be urban-chic, but this doesn’t make it any less cozy! Choose a nice selection of warmly colored and boldly patterned rugs to make everyone feel welcome.
Bricks
Did you think these would be missing from an industrial apartment? Of course not! And here’s the thing: you don’t need actual bricks! Especially if you’re renting, you probably are not allowed to make too many dramatic changes to your apartment, and so, what better solution than wallpaper?
A Mid-century piece
A Mid-century piece is an excellent interior design choice regardless, but it’s just perfect if you want to recreate that Master of None vibe! There are countless ways in which you can do this, be it with a chair, a lamp, or a tiny sideboard as in this case.

We’ve seen Dev sipping a drink sitting at his wonderful live-edge counter so many times, that you’ll definitely need a live-edge table to keep up with the Master-of-None style! Your table can be anything, from a coffee table, to a dining table, to a sideboard; all that matters is that it looks natural and raw.
At least one hipster lamp
We tried to avoid using the term “hipster”, and yet here we are. Well, it is the age of hipsters after all; your hipster lamp will need to look rétro and industrial at the same time. You can achieve this look by means of brass inserts or a simple, essential nude light bulb.
