Cersaie - Bologna, Italy : International exhibition of ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishing.

The inaugural conference of the thirty-sixth edition of the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings, which was scheduled for Monday, September 24 at 11:00 am at the Europauditorium of the Palazzo dei Congressi in Bologna, is dedicated to the themes, entitled -
"Sustainability and healthiness: Made in Italy ceramics in the international competition ".

The meeting is introduced by the greetings of the president of Bologna Fiere Gianpiero Calzolari and the president of the Emilia Romagna Region Stefano Bonaccini.  The idea is about wholesomeness of products, sustainable production, attention to the environment for the competitive challenge at the international level.  Issues are now unavoidable in the manufacture of the twenty-first century and also fundamental for the supply chain of ceramics, as is the attention to the international context.  Europe is not only the largest and richest market in the world, but also the main area in which a sector moves, which makes its presence on the European and international markets.

A preview of the new trends for ceramic surfaces, wallpaper, parquet, marble and everything that sets trends in the world of bathroom furniture.  Sustainable development and social responsibility are well-established choices for the Italian ceramic industry, which has continuously invested considerable resources towards these objectives over the years. The results achieved are considerable and are an integral part of the leadership of Made in Italy productions on international markets, where commercial tensions are accumulating that require a strong European presence to ensure trade conditions in trade.

The Sound of Design, the fifth B2B collective exhibition by Cersaie, is the transversal, multi-product, high value event entirely dedicated to the excellence of Italian Style.
 
The Sound of Design will be divided into sets, each with a different setting in the contract: the intention does not want to be nostalgic but, rather, be a pretext to show and set the new products - even in preview - that will compose the various sets, showing their timeless ductility and design.

The project of the exhibition has as its focus and creative inspiration the music: in particular, it was created with the aim of illustrating through music how design can go through time adapting to fashion.
 
The Concept of Sound of Design
The years ranging from 1976 to 1983 represent one of the most fruitful periods of music and costume: the coexistence of genres, styles and creativity very different from each other - disco music, electro, Synt, punk, ska, rock, hard rock, metal, progressive, reggae, pop, new wave, rap, hip-hop - have made those years an inexhaustible source to draw heavily.
